BOSTON LUXURY FLEETS (BLF) DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH

NO BLF VEHICLES MAY BE DRIVEN OFF-ROAD

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES

1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
All renters and authorized additional drivers must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, be a U.S. resident, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Additional drivers may be added for $15 per day, with a maximum of one (1) authorized additional driver per rental.
All renters must provide two forms of identification, including:
Valid Driver’s License
Credit Card, Debit Card, Passport, or Government Issued Identification
At least one identification document must contain a photograph.
All renters must maintain a reasonably clean driving record. BLF reserves the right to deny or terminate any rental where a renter is determined to be unqualified due to driving history, fraudulent information, or other risk factors.

2. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All renters and drivers must provide proof of active automobile insurance that extends liability and physical damage coverage to rental vehicles.
BLF reserves the right to verify insurance coverage directly with the insurance carrier prior to releasing any vehicle.
If a renter’s insurance does not adequately cover the rental vehicle, BLF may require additional coverage before releasing the vehicle.
Any optional damage waiver offered by BLF is not insurance and does not eliminate the renter’s responsibility for violations of the rental agreement.

3. SECURITY DEPOSITS
All rentals require a refundable security deposit in addition to rental charges.
Security deposits generally range between $300 and $750, depending on the vehicle selected, rental duration, insurance verification, and overall risk assessment.
BLF reserves the right to increase deposit requirements when necessary.
Deposits are generally released within three (3) to seven (7) business days after vehicle return, less any applicable charges.

4. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Rental charges are due in full before vehicle pickup or delivery.
Reservations canceled:
More than 7 days before pickup: Eligible for a future rental credit equal to 75% of rental charges.
Within 7 days of pickup: Eligible for a future rental credit equal to 50% of rental charges.
Within 24 hours of pickup: No refund or credit.
Future rental credits expire six (6) months after issuance and are non-transferable.

5. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional authorized drivers must:
Meet all BLF eligibility requirements
Present a valid driver’s license
Provide proof of insurance
The person paying for the rental must be present at pickup or delivery and must sign the rental agreement.
BLF reserves the right to request additional documentation to prevent fraud.

6. MILEAGE LIMITS
Daily rentals include between 100 and 200 miles per day depending on the vehicle selected.
Additional mileage charges may apply and will be disclosed prior to rental.
Any excess mileage charges will be assessed at the conclusion of the rental and charged to the payment method on file.

7. DELIVERY AND PICKUP
BLF may offer vehicle delivery and pickup services.
Local delivery rates begin at $25 and vary based on distance.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been performed.

8. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles may not leave the continental United States without prior written approval.
BLF reserves the right to prohibit travel to certain locations based on insurance limitations or operational requirements.
All BLF vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for theft prevention, vehicle recovery, and fleet management purposes.

9. TOLLS
Renters are responsible for all tolls incurred during the rental period.
Any toll charges will be billed to the payment method on file along with a 5% administrative processing fee.

10. FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
Failure to do so will result in:
Cost of fuel required
$25 Refueling Service Fee
Fuel charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

11. PROHIBITED USES
BLF vehicles may not be:
Driven off-road
Used for racing
Used on race tracks
Used for speed contests
Used to tow other vehicles
Used for illegal activities
Used for rideshare or delivery services without written authorization
BLF reserves the right to terminate any rental immediately if prohibited use is detected.

12. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
Renters must immediately:
Contact local law enforcement.
Obtain a police report.
Exchange insurance information.
Notify BLF at 781-985-2222.
Failure to report an accident may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
The renter remains responsible for:
Physical damage
Insurance deductibles
Loss of use
Diminished value
Administrative costs
Towing charges
Storage fees
to the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law.

13. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all BLF vehicles.
This includes:
Cigarettes
Cigars
Marijuana
Vape Devices
Any substance producing smoke or odor
If evidence of smoking is found, BLF will assess a cleaning and odor removal fee of up to $500.
Additional professional detailing or remediation charges may apply.

14. LATE RETURN POLICY
Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return time listed on the rental agreement.
A grace period of 30 minutes may be granted at BLF’s sole discretion.
Late Return Fees:
Up to 1 hour late: $25
1–3 hours late: $50
Over 3 hours late: Additional full rental day charge
If a vehicle is more than 24 hours overdue without authorization, BLF reserves the right to report the vehicle as unlawfully retained and pursue all remedies permitted by law.

15. VEHICLE CLEANLINESS
Vehicles are delivered in clean condition and must be returned in substantially the same condition.
Excessive cleaning charges may apply for:
Excessive dirt or mud
Sand
Pet hair
Food spills
Bodily fluids
Stains
Excessive trash
Fees:
Standard Cleaning Fee: $50
Excessive Cleaning Fee: Up to $250
Biohazard Cleaning Fee: Actual cost plus administrative fees
BLF reserves sole discretion in determining cleaning charges.

16. PET POLICY
Pets are only permitted with prior approval from BLF.
Approved pets must remain under control and renters are responsible for any damage, odors, hair, scratches, stains, or cleaning expenses caused by animals.
Unauthorized pets may result in:
$150 Pet Cleaning Fee
Additional repair or detailing costs if necessary
Service animals protected by law are exempt from this policy.

17. PROHIBITED DRIVERS
BLF may refuse rental to any individual who:
Has a suspended, revoked, or expired driver’s license
Has been convicted of reckless driving within the previous three years
Has a DUI, DWI, OUI, or similar offense within the previous five years
Has a history of insurance fraud or vehicle theft
Provides false or misleading information during the rental process
BLF reserves sole discretion in determining driver eligibility.

18. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
The renter agrees that:
Signed rental agreements
Vehicle inspection reports
GPS records
Photographs
Toll records
Fuel receipts
Repair invoices
may be used by BLF to contest any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated improperly, the renter agrees to remain liable for:
Rental charges
Damages
Collection costs
Attorney’s fees where permitted by law

19. VEHICLE INSPECTION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Prior to vehicle release, BLF will document the condition of the vehicle using photographs, videos, inspection reports, and electronic records.
By accepting possession of the vehicle, the renter acknowledges:
They have inspected the vehicle.
Existing damage has been disclosed or documented.
The vehicle is accepted in its current condition.
Upon return, BLF may perform a second inspection using photographs, videos, inspection reports, or electronic records.
Any newly identified damage not documented before rental may be deemed the responsibility of the renter.
